Shipping

Our shipping policy

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Store pickup is free of charge. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Delivery options

Delivery options may vary based on your location and the item you have purchased. Currently we offer Omniva parcel locker delivery, courier or store pickup options. You will be informed about all available options during checkout. For special shipping arrangements, reach out to us at opiece@oad.archi.

Delivery time

Store pickup is typically ready in 1–2 business days at OAD office: Jelgavas iela 42, 6th entrance, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia.

In the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) items are shipped within 1-3 business days and expected delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Orders delivered in EU (except the Baltic States) are shipped within 1-3 business days and expected delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Store pickup

You may pick up your order free of charge Monday to Friday, 9:30 – 17:30, at OAD office: Jelgavas iela 42, 6th entrance, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia.

Please wait for an email confirmation before coming, as this will indicate that your order is ready for pickup.
At the time of pickup, you will be asked to present your receipt or proof of purchase.

Tracking your delivery

Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Returns

Our return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable for return, use similar packaging suitable for fragile shipments. If you are unsure how to package OPIECE item, don't hesitate to ask for help at opiece@oad.archi. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, and if your object is damaged, please reach out to opiece@oad.archi, including images of the damage in the e-mail.

Request a return

To request a return, contact us at opiece@oad.archi, marking your e-mail with “Return” and include your order reference number.

Please include the reason for the return in your email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for products purchased in store (on site) at OAD office: Jelgavas iela 42, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Certain items or item color variants are available only as made to order (handcrafted to order). That means that product has not been produced yet and will be handcrafted exclusively for each client. We do not accept returns of these products if the item has been dispatched/shipped.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us atopiece@oad.archi.

Exchanges

For product exchange requests, contact opiece@oad.archi, marking your e-mail with “Exchange” and include your order reference number. 

If you choose to exchange your product for an item of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If you exchange your product for an item of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.

We accept exchanges for items purchased with a gift card and items purchased as handcrafted-to-order, but we do not accept exchanges for products purchased on sale.

Cancellation policy

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
